Suzuko Kazamura is the Kazamura Group CEO’s daughter, and Kageoh Sugata is the secretary that tried to save her from evil. Both of them ended up getting strange, new physical make-ups after being shocked by a high-voltage wire. Their shadows can now separate from their bodies and gain physical forms; Kageoh Sugata’s shadow becomes Kagestar, and Suzuko Kazamura’s becomes Bellestar! By using this ability, they throw themselves into battle with many foes, such as criminals, mysterious people from Satan’s Empire, and more. And they won’t let any of them escape, even if they’re in the sky or in large numbers. The two protagonists can fly through the skies by riding the Kageboosee, a stronghold that transports them through the air, and Kagestar can even control a giant shadow called Kagerobe. Assim, ele se dedica a derrotar os intrigantes do Fantasmas que estão tentando eliminar a raça humana da face da terra e construir um novo império. Sobre as montanhas e sob o mar, Inazuman luta contra os fantasmas. Uma característica especial desta série é a sequência em que Goro é transformado em Inazuman Assemelha-se à metamorfose de um inseto: fios voam das pontas dos dedos de Goro formando um casulo no qual ele começa a transformação, explodindo para fora do recinto como um raio.
